Founder & CEO

Jess is a dynamic sales enablement expert, coach, and speaker with over 10 years of experience in sales training and enablement. She is passionate about helping sales leaders drive engagement, navigate change, and elevate performance.


As a former seller managing her own book of business, Jess understands the challenges of keeping sellers motivated while adapting to ever-shifting strategies. She has seen firsthand what it takes to build high-performing sales teams, create training that sticks, and ultimately, drive revenue.


With a distinctive background as a former improv comedian and award-winning sales trainer, Jess's expertise lies in connecting change management with sales enablement. She skillfully combines humor, storytelling, and actionable strategies to craft captivating and impactful learning experiences.

A seasoned sales expert, Jessica merges her enthusiasm for sales with her deep knowledge of teaching and process optimization. She has empowered organizations to grow and scale by crafting tailored strategies that enhance productivity and boost revenue.


With a strong foundation in B2B sales, Jessica excels in designing and executing sales programs from the ground up. Her broad experience spans various industries, including travel, restaurant technology, and legal tech, where she has partnered with privately owned businesses, start-ups, and PE-backed software companies to refine sales practices and elevate performance. As a certified Coach and Value Seller, she is passionately dedicated to formulating strategies that enable sales teams to excel and flourish.
